At Homebox, we know that integrating into your core property management system is important to drive efficiency and ensure you're not double-keying in the same information in multiple places. We've integrated with Reapit, Alto, SME Professional, Veco, MRI, Qube, iamproperty, Street and are always adding to the list. Our integrations allow us to capture move in and out details (tenant, landlords and dates) as well as meter readings. We have separate integrations with inventory management software such as Inventory Hive to also capture meter readings from check and out reports.
Once we receive a move in or move out from you, our system will automatically contact and offer your tenant a number of options for how they can set up their bills. Renters can choose to find the best deals directly with the leading providers or sign up to our bill bundling service, either digitally or within a free Home Setup Consultation.
